Fun in May

The Fun in May.. so far.. more to come!!

For the longest time I have told Annie that I would love to watch the kids while they had a date night!

and it finally happened!

I got to babysit!!

We had so much fun, colored, played outside, and had popcorn and watched movies!!

I actually held a chicken, I know crazy right lol

I never thought that I would have the chance or the guts for the matter to actually pick one up!

but I just did it!

These chickens are so Chic!

And lastly of course there are always new things going on around our house!

I cant help but decorate and work in the yard and enjoy it this year with our amazing weather so far!

Fingers Crossed it continues to be this awesome!

Below is a sweet little spot in our yard under our huge tree, with our huge wind chime Nathan had to have, which I actually love as well and a sweet little bench made by my father inlaw who is very talented obviously! Its a nice little spot to sit and enjoy out beautiful koi pond, pictures of that will be posted soon!

AND then a new rug for the bathroom, chevron of course one of my fav patterns right now!

and I love me some patterns in the home right now!

This rug is soo comfy really a great addtion to our sweet bathroom!

Well this weekend is Katie's first dance recital and the whole family is going and I am so excited to see her dance, I was in alot of recitals when I was a little girl so I am excited to share this moment with her!

I will be posting pictures next week of that event in her precious life as well as some other things that I do this weekend :)

April was also an awesome month! The weather has been wonderful this year! So we have been working in the yard on the weekends and enjoying that time together!

March Madness

Time to Play Catch UP!

The past few months have been so busy with Tax Season and working at a CPA firm you can imagine the hours and there not being enough time in a day to update my blog, :)

So today on this Oaks Morning while at work in a quite office I thought I would play catch up!

1st I have to say March was an amazing month for many reasons but the most important to me being a Cards Fan was my team winning the National Championship!! How amazing, just the best time of a cardinals life :)




WHOOP WHOOP!



2nd it was Easter Month so it was nice although my husband was lucky enough to go to Atlanta and attend the Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight games of the tournament I was able to spend alot of quality time with my parents and family Easter weekend!




Spent a night with my Brother and Sister in law and of course Lexi watching the cards play!!

3rd March is also the Birth Month of my Best Friend, Love of my life and Hubby!! He turned 30 this year so I had a surprise party for him at our home to celebrate!
